Cindy Heyse
I moved to Austin in 2012 to be closer to my two children and four grandchildren. Now, after 48 years of being a full-time mom, Nana, part-time florist, and growing our family business, I have retired. I always said “one day I’ll paint” and finally my season has come.
My paintings are bold and colorful, capturing a personality as big and welcoming as Texas itself. But I also love to explore those moments of depth and mystery, like the beloved Dutch Masters, embracing both the bright and moody sides of life. I aim to share a glimpse of God’s awe in each brushstroke and to bring others the same sense of wonder and joy that flowers bring to me.
I hope to make everyone feel like family with a warm welcome and a little Texas humor. Wherever you are, may you always bloom where you’re planted.
